I tried installing Office 365 again, but the error persisted. During this process, I noticed that my Windows 10 product key had disappeared from the settings. On my desktop, a "Windows 10 Home" label appeared at the right side of the screen. However, my laptop was stuck in an infinite loop displaying the "Hi there" message (my laptop kept restarting and getting stuck in this loop) for hours until I found a solution that allowed me to bypass it by typing something on the command prompt. I then reset my laptop again, choosing the option to erase everything on my computer. Despite my best efforts to uninstall Office 365 properly and reinstall it, I continued to encounter the error code 30015-11 (3221225506). Surprisingly, this reset solved the issue of Disk Drive D sometimes disappearing from my computer. After choosing the first option that allowed me to perform a factory reset while keeping my personal files, my Windows 10 remained activated. I have been using my laptop for almost two years without encountering any issues related to this problem. The occasional disappearance of Disk Drive D on my computer led me to consider resetting my laptop. When I first purchased my laptop and opened it, the Windows 10 product key was automatically activated.
